For those of us who grew up in a era when smoking was acceptable no matter where you went and not thought was given to those around whether young or old and stop smoking programs were not known about.
 People drove by with kids jammed in the backseat and cigarettes hanging out of their mouths. It seemed pretty carefree as they were cheap and the health risks were not widely known.
