Ghetto Science

Mike Atrix from Sydney Australia perform the inhale and no inhale Kleenex test with a cigarette.

We all know that there is a large amount of tar in a cigarette and how it coats up your lungs but in this test Mike show clearly what it looks like.

Just holding a mouthful of smoke and blowing it through the tissue shows and fairly dark ring from the tar and when he fully inhales a lungful of smoke then blows through another spot there is a very small amount of tar on the tissue showing.

As this was performed several times there is a clear pattern of heavy tar smoke on the Kleenex from having not inhaled the cigarette smoke.

This may not impact a committed smoker but for a young person it might make a difference in their decision. Little was know for many years or was confidential on how nicotine was the addicting ingredient in cigarettes. Only by risking his life did one man an ex-employee of one of the major tobacco companies come out with evidence that they had been adjusting the levels of nicotine to increase the addiction factor.

I'm sure every smoker has talked about quitting at some time and complained about how bad it is but somehow we all need to see the final results in another persons health to move in the direction of not smoking. Perhaps you have tried a smokeless cigarette to relieve the cravings but in a while the desire to puff on another one overtakes you and out pops the pack and lighter. There is no denying that it takes some if not a great deal of will power however what if you could learn some new techniques in relieving those cravings to light one up. We all need support but certain situations are absolute triggers for a smokers so learning how to prepare yourself or avoid those situations is key to reduction and gaining control of those desires. After all smoking cessation is the ultimate goal and one of the unknown prizes is the emotional freedom associated from quitting which is a real high in itself. If you are serious about quitting then you need to try this product. Stop Smoking with

Give up Smoking
